Where do you ship to ?

We unfortunately don't ship to Australia, New Zealand and the following countries : Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea, because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.




Can I return my souvenir ?


We suggest you to write us an e-mail at : hello@switzerlove decribing the problem with your order including photos of it before considering a return. Why ? Because if the return doesn't respect our return policy you will have to be responsible for the shipping back fees. What happens next ? We will treat your report in collaboration with our provider and come back to you as quick as possible with an answer. The answer may vary depending on the case of the return. How long will it take for my souvenir to arrive to my house ?


Once you've placed your order our supplier will fullfill it and send it to your address. The fullfillment takes about :

  • 2 to 5 business day for non apparel products
  • 2 to 7 business day for apparel products
Then the delivery time will differ depending on where it is shipped to :
  • US : 3-4 days
  • Canada : 6-10 days
  • Worldwide : 5-20 days
Which makes in total : To US :
  • for non apparel products : 5 to 9 days
  • for apparel products : 5 to 11 days
To Canada :
  • for non apparel products : 8 to 15 days
  • for apparel products : 8 to 17 days
Worldwide :
  • for non apparel products : 7 to 25 days
  • for apparel products : 7 to 27 days
Don't be afraid by the time it'll take, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Just enjoy your holidays here in Switzerland and the time you will be back home your order will be there. If you are affraid not to be at home when it is delivered please enter the address of your company or of a relative.




I received my package and it's damaged, how should I proceed ?


You just received your order and see that it is damaged ? We are sorry that this happened to you. In a first time, if still possible, ask the delivery man to give you an attestation saying the package is damaged. In a second time write us an email at hello@switzerlove.ch explaining the damage, attach some pictures of it and eventually the attestation from the delivery company. We will then treat your e-mail and if applicable send your order again at no cost.




I still have not received my order.


It may happen that your order get lost in the mail and take a little be more time than expected to be delivered. It can also happen that your package was delivered at your address but has been stolen by someone. It can also be dued to the address you entered during the order process. If the addresse was wrong or your package stollen what we can do after having had an exchange with you is to send you a new order at your cost. This is why we strongly recommend you to put the right address or if you think you won't be at home to receive your order to enter the address of your work office or relative. Anyway report the missing order to this address e-mail : hello@switzerlove.ch and we will see if we can figure out what happened with your order.




How much will I pay for shipping ?


The shipping fees vary from the delivery zone, the products you purchase and the weight. Please check our Shipping Policy. The delivery costs will appear in your basket before the purchase process and on the invoice as an additional position.




Why did I only receive one item ?


The products you orderd may be sent to you separately. The reason why is that mugs and poster require a different package for shipping. So don't worry you'll soon receive the other part of you order.




Do you only sell online ?


Yes, we only sell our products online.




What are the payment methods you accept ?


The means of payment we accept are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) We are using Wix Stores has checkout process. The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for your customers to purchase from your Wix site. Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
